Our standard security and confidentiality procedures:
Client data security is our priority number one. We never disclose client information to any third party unless officially mandated and permitted by written. Client information, incl. contact information, files and images both original and translated, are kept in specific locations of our network and computer systems, with regular backups and updating. Antivirus and firewalls are installed to protect against damages and infections to client data. Physical protection to client data are also provided, in order to prevent any thefts of other kinds of intrusions.
Our client data are stored in places with proper encryption and safeguard measures. We always use encrypted emails to communicate with our clients. We don’t work outdoors or in any public places. Client data are destroyed upon completion of projects, as soon as our clients inform us to do so. Normally our security measures are of standard security policies therefore they don’t involve any additional cost. However, if our clients ask for non-standard security measures which are out of our current policies, we would ask our clients to cover the additional cost it incurs in implementing those measures.
